Read it as a joke, because that is how it is written, with the quote marks and the clean turn at the end. It is also the kind of joke that lands harder if you assume it came from somewhere. Dye did not say it did, and there is nothing in the post pointing at anybody.
Two posts, one good day. There is nothing bubbling under either one. The Harper bit is a picture doing all the work, the other is a punchline that fits in a screenshot, and that is the entire story.
